Job Description:

Location: Menlo Park, CA/bay area.

In this role you will be responsible for leading, executing, and implementing the global demand generation and marketing automation strategy, campaigns, and initiatives while gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and providing critical thinking to optimize results. You will require a strong background in driving market awareness and programs with a creative eye and deep executional experience. You will need to be well-versed in marketing concepts and tactics to plan and execute inbound and outbound marketing initiatives. As a leader in the marketing team you will work closely with sales, product marketing, events, and product teams as well as partners to ensure timely planning and delivery of a wide range of marketing to accomplish awareness, lead acquisition, sales, and partner goals. Responsibilities:

  • Designing the global demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation strategy including inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategies
  • Developing and managing the demand generation marketing plan across channels including campaigns, execution, reporting, metrics, and analysis
  • Growing and leading a team of business development representatives to drive the marketing and sales funnel
  • Building customized campaigns, messaging, and marketing by account, buyer, and persona
  • Expanding marketing qualified volume and quality with a focus on maximizing the transition to sales accepted and qualified leads
  • Leveraging the newest marketing AI capabilities to efficiently identify and pursue audience segments based on ideal customer profiles and opportunity
  • Conducting A/B tests across channels to continuously optimize results
  • Enhancing and managing the lead management process to improve pipeline conversion
  • Managing overall Demand Operations including budget, third-party vendors, marketing technology stack, reporting and dashboards to demonstrate revenue impact and ROI
  • Growing the marketing team through mentoring and hands on management
  • Working with sales teams and partner marketing teams to identify, create, and adapt demand generation initiatives to grow the business
  • Developing messaging, communications, and copy to maximize awareness and lead conversion
  • Creating and executing demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation strategies for vertical industries
  • Producing account based marketing strategy focused on Global 2000 businesses
  • Leading digital demand marketing across search, paid social, display, retargeting,
  • YouTube, and content syndication
  • Managing digital lead-acquisition strategy, processes and execution of activities across
  • SEO, PPC, social, display/retargeting, YouTube
  • Driving search engine marketing (SEM) and advertising conversion
  • Leading, adapting, and optimizing content syndication strategy and implementation
  • Increasing quality of lead acquisition at small to very large industry events
  • Identifying appropriate content and collateral to maximize lead acquisition by working closely with product marketing, technical marketing, and product management
  • Optimizing the sales funnel by expanding webinar strategy and collaborating with product marketing and technical marketing to produce innovative webinar series
  • Working with channel partners to empower them to maximize co-generation of marketing qualified leads
  • Managing relationships with digital agencies in execution, analysis and redeployment of programs and adjusting marketing mix to maximize ROI
  • Meeting or exceeding metrics for impressions, conversions, and paid customers
  • Owning, tracking and managing a large demand generation budget and marketing mix to increase visitors, conversions, and paid customers

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, and marketing experience in high tech
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with passion for execution
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google
  • Suite products required, and familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe
  • Photoshop/Illustrator preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, especially in a fast-pace cross-functional environment
  • Extensive experience running multi-channel B2B digital demand generation programs including SEO, PPC, Social (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), display, and retargeting
  • Experience leading and mentoring high performance lead-generation marketing teams of at least 5 marketing and business development professionals
  • Strong team player who works well cross-functionally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Job Description:

Our client continues to introduce new products and expand relationships with their partners, and therefore is looking to hire a Resident Engineer to be their subject matter expert on location at a key partner site.

Responsibilities:

  • Support systems-level Sundance clusters infrastructure comprising of HP C7000 blade server architecture.
  • Upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot HP DL360 blades and connectivity to 6125 switches.
  • Troubleshoot Lab connectivity, VMWare and HP hardware related issues with corresponding support engineers.
  • Stay abreast of the products as well as the underlying technologies, networks, hardware and protocols.
  • Edit, migrate and oversee more than 100 hosts and Virtual Machines from vSphere web client.
  • Administer licenses, test migration tools and other VMware flings and connectors.
  • Support 3 lab clusters comprising more than 300 hosts and VMs across multiple platforms.
  • Engage support members and vendors to resolve hardware and RMA devices. Validate and replicate production issues in lab and provide a solution to be embedded in next release.
  • Support developers in building new code releases with bug fixes and enhanced features.
  • Provide advanced support on integration of new services, charging and billing and migrations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of post-Bachelor’s experience with the following:
  • IP networking, routing protocols, and Mobile core technologies, including 3gpp, EPC Virtualization, M2M and LTE
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or closely related.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
  • Quickly learn/build a fundamental understanding of the market and product
  • Generate volume opportunities to deliver a predictable book of business and drive forecast accuracy
  • Engage a programmatic approach to demand to generate, develop, and expand your territory
  • In close partnership with your Systems Engineer, you’ll demonstrate mid-market account selling strategies into private companies, cloud/digital native startups and companies (i.e. Forbes Cloud 100 companies, SaaS 1000 companies, internet unicorns, and well established SaaS companies w/ less than 2k-3k employees)
  • Communicate value propositions to clients and stakeholders that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
  • Bring to bear all cross-functional resources to achieve your quota: AE, SDR, tech alliances, marketing, execs, investors, sales ops, etc.
  • Have the desire, interest and aptitude to grow in the role to a leadership position; demonstrate this capability by sharing best practices across the company, while mentoring and coaching the Commercial Account Executive and Inside Sales Reps
  • Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings

Qualifications:

  • Up and comer with 5+ years experience in the field
  • Domain expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, virtualization, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, security, and/or cloud native landscape
  • Technical enough to cover some accounts while your SE is busy assisting others
  • Understand how to win by using Channel partners, and are comfortable with a channel-centric go-to-market approach
  • Demonstrated ability to segment accounts across the territory and dig in using the entire ecosystem with a specific focus on partners and marketing (1 to many)
  • Have and are able to lead all aspects of the sales cycle with the ability to uncover, qualify, mature, and close new, white-space territories and accounts
  • History of exceeding your quota for at least 3 years
  • Possess a successful track record selling complex-solutions directly to mid-market customers
  • Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
  • Highly competitive, ramp quickly, extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding production goals
