Job Description

We are seeking Senior Systems Engineers to work with our advanced customers in the mid-Atlantic and east coast in this highly technical role. This is a very visible and key position within this rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

You will be the technical side of the Sales team, both an expert and visionary in the field. You will be responsible for educating customers, understanding their technical & business issues, managing their deployment and development projects, providing support, and helping to develop and refine its innovative solutions. You must have strong communication skills for customer presentations, industry events and providing a feedback loop to Product Management.

Duties Include:

  • Analyze customer network infrastructure for potential opportunities to demonstrate our solution’s unique capabilities
  • Work independently to evaluate prospective customers’ networks and deliver the appropriate evaluation, ROI, savings, proposed operational evolution and associated process management
  • Work closely with Sales and Engineering to resolve technical issues that arise during customer testing and demo creation
  • Create compelling test plans, demos, and customer presentations
  • Drive improved testing, demos, deployment, architecture, monitoring and reports leading to compelling pre-sales support for sales organization
  • Participate in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve our methodology and quality of performance testing
  • Work with customer success team during onboarding process

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related field), with 10-12 years of experience in data networking environments.

Requirements: 
A strong technical knowledge of datacenter networking is crucial as is hands-on experience with automation as it relates to networking devices.

  • BS degree in engineering, computer science or similar relevant field or equivalent
  • Deep technical knowledge of datacenter network architecture, SDN, and large-scale private cloud networks. Knowledge of IBNS is a plus.
  • Experience with network technologies (routing, switching, automation, systems management, troubleshooting and architecture) including knowledge from the application layer down to the physical layer
  • Proficiency in configuration and troubleshooting common network vendor solutions with Cisco, Arista, Cumulus, Juniper and Snaproute a plus
  • Knowledge of automation technologies including Ansible playbooks, Chef recipes, Puppet, Python scripting and JSON programming is preferred
  • Experience using network management and troubleshooting tools
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Prior hands-on experience with large scale enterprise networking.
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • A strong foundation in Linux use and administration.
  • Data networking certifications i.e. CCDP, CCIE or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on SDN, Openstack, Big Data, Cloud Data Centers, and Virtualization.
  • Knowledge on network monitoring, automation, network availability and capacity planning

Job Description

Representing the technical solution of our SD-WAN client is the primary responsibility of the Systems Engineer. Our client is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, and technically savvy sales engineer to help our customers and partners evaluate, adopt and expand the use of their networking product.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and technical expertise to our customers and partners
  • Perform hands-on work with customers during product evaluations and post-sales
  • Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature
  • Integrate Products into existing management, monitoring, and provisioning frameworks
  • Create design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support
  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering
  • Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services
  • Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other customer/partner facing content

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge in the following areas: Ethernet, Layer2 (RSTP/MSTP, VLAN/VXLANs etc.), Layer3 (IP Routing, OSPF, BGP, etc.), and networking management
  • Expertise in Advanced Routing Protocols and Technologies
  • Carrier Class Routers and Technologies
  • 6-8 years  in architecting and/or managing large-scale WAN data-center networking solutions
  • Experience with BGP, RSVP, MPLS, ISIS and/or OSPF
  • Experience and knowledge of BGP and Internet Routing Policies
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP (both IPv4/IPv6)
  • Extensive knowledge of both Cisco IOS/IOS-XR and JUNOS
  • Advanced Network Certifications
  • Ability to script using PERL/Python/Shell a plus

Job Description

Working with one of the leading endpoint & IoT security providers in the market you will work as a Regional PRESALES ENGINEER – TOLA and join a rapidly growing regional sales team focused on maintaining & developing key accounts in & around South East Region. You will work to technically solution sell at an enterprise level into existing key accounts and generate & cultivate new leads to ensure a continuous pipeline of prospects.

Those applying should have extensive experience selling Security product solutions technically and a track record of successful cyber security pre-sales at an enterprise level within mid-to-large scale organizations.

Experience with cyber/ security software solution sales is highly preferred but if you are able to show relevant wireless networking solution sales into enterprise clients and a track record of exceeding sales quotas this is open to alternative industries. In particular, experience in cyber solutions such as endpoint security, network security, MDS, threat response, cyber hygiene, security optimization is ideal. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, results focus and inspirational leadership.
  • Represent Integron on customer appointments as the subject matter expert for IoT Services.
  • Responsible for working with BDEs to develop customer proposals and business cases to propose competitive pricing with sustainable margins.
  • Achieve sales by helping the Business sales channel strategize and present products and services to enterprise customers
  • Support the Account Management team (CEMs) by providing subject matter expertise during the solution definition phase
  • Responsible for developing solution specifications and a preliminary feasibility assessment for the engineering team
  • Design and prepare all technical paperwork to provisioning team for customer implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with  partner ecosystem, including hardware and wireless vendors to find new and appropriate solutions for new and existing customers.
  • Participation in trade shows and industry events, representing Integron as the technical subject matter expert
  • Product Focus – Work with Engineering and Product Development to ensure reliable enterprise focused products. This includes feasibility testing, MDM Policy requirements, device management capabilities, developing FAI (First Article of Inspection) requirements/criteria and maintaining the Customer Solution Requirements Survey tool

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a college degree in an associated field (e.g. Business, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.), and 5 years’ professional level technical/engineering experience required.
  • 5+ years industry experience in IoT/M2M solutions development.
  • Familiarity with IoT concepts and solution design.
  • Experience with IoT edge device hardware – Cellular Routers/Gateways, Android, iOS, embedded cellular modules, LoRa Transceivers, etc.
  • Experienced in Wireless Networks – Cellular, Wi-Fi, Mesh, LoRa, etc.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management Tools – IBM MaaS360, Samsung Knox, AirWatch by VMWare.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

The candidate background should contain Wide Area Networking experience, knowledge of all facets of sales, partner management, and an obsession for closing business and improving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet, or exceed, sales goals
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing opportunities
  • Establish Strategic partner list in territory and manage regional go to market relationship
  • Good understand and experience with Salesforce
