TITLE: Field Systems Engineer

Job Description

Looking for Field Systems Engineers to provide pre-sales technical expertise to our client’s customers and partners.

•    Perform consultative and hands-on work with customers during pre-sales product evaluations and post-sales deployments.
•    Perform tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features.
•    Document design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support.
•    Provide feedback to product management and engineering for improving features, functionality, and usage that can result in increased sales.
•    Gain expertise in new technology trends in the networking industry, especially related to network reliability, analytics and security.
•    Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
•    Author whitepapers on technology and products.
•    Produce and deliver customer facing presentations and demos for targeted opportunities.

Qualifications:

•    Experience on Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
•    Hands-on experience with hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise-class networks in LAN/WAN and data centers.
•    Proficient in networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Multicast, Layer 2 switching, QoS, etc.
•    Expert understanding of data networking concepts, protocols, products, and architectures.
•    Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.), data interchange formats (JSON, XML, etc.).
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
•    Ability to work in virtual teams under time pressure, with excellent project management, documentation and communication skills

Additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
•    Prior hands-on experience with large scale enterprise networking.
•    Experience working with REST APIs.
•    A strong foundation in Linux use and administration.
•    Data networking certifications i.e. CCDP, CCIE or equivalent.
•    Knowledge on SDN, Openstack, Big Data, Cloud Data Centers, and Virtualization.

Job Description

The primary responsibility for Regional Sales Executive is to acquire new customers in the enterprise cyber security and risk management space working from a targeted list of named accounts. Candidates must have a strong track record in penetrating / closing new accounts, planning and managing territory resources, leveraging channel partners and exceeding revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with enterprise accounts and have a proven track record of exceeding targets. The individual should be able to demonstrate experience in running complex, solution based sales campaigns with large corporations.

Responsibilities:

  • Territory and account planning
  • Networking into accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with senior level executives
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by acquiring new customers
  • Work closely with field marketing and channel to build pipeline
  • Close deals directly and/or with partners
  • Responsible for accurately updating Salesforce.com

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Rolling up weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts by individual/region/worldwid
  • Breaking down forecasts by vertical and Enterprise vs SP/MSP
  • Managing PoC equipment inventory
  •  Assisting in SFDC related administration
  • Order administration for the calculation of commission payments
  • Tracking trends by individual/region related to # of opportunities, forecasts, forecast status and purchase orders
  • Helping track customer subscription renewals
  • Helping track monthly/quarterly license activations with various partners
  • Various other sales-centric activities

Job Description

We are looking for a product marketer to lead our global go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for overall positioning and messaging, launch strategy and sales enablement. You will serve as a spokesperson representing the company with prospects, customers, and analysts. Prior product marketing experience in the areas of Cloud Computing, DevOps or other Enterprise SaaS solutions would be a great fit.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Develop overall positioning and messaging, storytelling and GTM plan for entire product portfolio
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for our GA launch
  • Collaborate closely with product management, marketing and sales to deliver products to market
  • Define real-world market segmentation models, and develop optimized messaging for specific markets and personas
  • Enable sales and channel teams with high-value sales tools, including presentations, ROI tools, competitive battlecards, white papers, etc.
  • Present the solution and value proposition at industry trade shows, conferences and webinars
  • Support other marketing disciplines (e.g., Demand Gen, etc.) with both subject matter expertise and marketing acumen
  • Develop creative strategies and assets for global demand generation and awareness campaigns

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

  • 5-10 years of product marketing and/or product management experience in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Enterprise SaaS or datacenter infrastructure market
  • Strong domain expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps, data center virtualization or a closely adjacent technology
  • BS in engineering or computer science, plus MBA (preferred)
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
  • Demonstrated ability to grow innovative products in rapidly changing markets
  • Ability to think and work strategically, but also execute effectively as an individual contributor

Job Description

As Head of Demand Marketing, you will be responsible for driving demand for our client to achieve short and long-term revenue goals — from strategic planning through to execution and analysis. You will own functional teams for partner management, demand generation, and marketing operations. You will design and execute on the right mix of marketing programs that are optimized to reach those large enterprises that could benefit most from working with our client. You can expect that account-based marketing (ABM), events, digital marketing and third-party programs will all be part of your strategy, but you will need to closely measure and analyze performance to ensure we’re capturing demand as efficiently as possible.

As leader of the demand generation team, you will define the best outreach channels, message and cadence that result in high quality prospects. You will partner closely with sales to ensure the early interest is converted through effectively, with the highest possible revenue impact. With responsibility for marketing operations, you will always look to improve conversion rates through the funnel by ensuring our marketing systems are nurturing, scoring and routing appropriately and that no good lead is ever left behind. You’ll also own reporting responsibility for the marketing organization, making sure our team, company, and executive team know marketing’s impact on revenue.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead the Demand team and strategy to ensure the highest level of performance and results
  • Partner closely with Sales to develop an account-based marketing (ABM) program and optimize for revenue delivery
  • Identify and drive effective integrated campaigns leveraging compelling, persona-based content and effective testing strategies for campaigns
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing program that integrates best practices on SEO, SEM, retargeting, social media, etc.
  • Own 3rd-party programs and establish strong partnerships for content syndication, online traffic and webinar opportunities
  • Own our nurturing, scoring and routing strategies

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, demand generation and/or marketing operations, preferably at SaaS or technology companies
  • 5+ years leading marketing professionals
  • 5+ years years of technical skill with web, marketing automation, salesforce.com, Google Analytics, ABM technologies is a must
  • Experience developing a demand generation strategy required
  • Must have demonstrated sound fiscal practices managing budgets, hitting monthly goals and spend, revenue and key performance metrics
  • ABM knowledge is a must
  • Event marketing experience a plus
  • Possess strong analytical skills – must crave data and know how to synthesize it into actionable insights that drive strategic direction
  • Ability to work effectively independently and get things done under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple priorities
  • A fast and capable learner who has a passion for constantly improving skills
  • Team oriented with the ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams and at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives, manage defined timelines and budgets
