Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for an experienced Channel Alliances Account Director to take ownership of strategic Enterprise reseller partners and consultants to drive a program of sales enablement within these organizations. The Channel Alliances Account Director will work hand-in-hand with the Territory Sales Directors who will engage with the reseller partners field teams to work the end-user opportunities.

Interested candidates must be very experienced in working with Enterprise channels – including such companies such as Dell, IBM, GDT, WWT, Presidio and others. High preference will be given to candidates working an existing relationship with Dell and a track record of successfully expanding business through their organization.

This is a hands-on role that will require extensive travel across the US. Candidates will be required to drive both interest and enablement as well as identifying and onboarding new partners. The selected candidate will have a solid background in LAN/WAN IT Networking technologies and preferably security technologies as well (NGFW & UTM).

Job Description

Our client is seeking an individual that will provide technical support to the sales team, interface with customers, assist the sales team in designing security systems and quotes, and perform site surveys/audits for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design security systems
  • Provide solution designs to fulfill customer requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive bill of materials and quotes
  • Respond to RFP’s & bids
  • Work with Project Managers/Operations Team Members in the execution of designed security solutions
  • Work with sales team members to educate customers on the various security products available
  • Prepare required project documentation (floorplans, scope of work, assumptions, etc…)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Networking, IT Security from an accredited university
  • Industry certifications are a plus: CCNA, MCSE, CEH, Security+, A+, Network+
  • Strong background in IT fundamentals: Experience with VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP servers, and software systems; No experience with products related to physical security, cloud-based video necessary
  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills in order to clearly and efficiently articulate technical matters with customers and partners

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated senior solutions engineer in the Bay Area. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical engagements in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Assist potential customers with architecture, PoC, and lab trials with the goal of moving those to a successful deployment of our clients solutions for network security.
  • Collect and analyse requirements from the field and assist the CTO and Product Management teams.
  • Provide customers with consulting services utilizing your expertise in Networking, Security and Orchestration, especially relating to Kubernetes and Service Mesh deployments.
  • Engage with the local community through venues like meetups (attending, hosting, and presenting) and local conferences with the goal of generating more interest in our client.
  • Engage with leads and cultivate prospective users and customers.
  • Become a trusted resource and advocate for your customers. Someone who the customer relies on to give the right answer, not necessarily the most commercially rewarding answer.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in data center environments. Preferably related to networking, security, orchestration, ‘cloud’ infrastructure, and/or scale-out/big-data environments.
  • Experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, resident engineer, or consulting engineer, ideally with an open source based product, would be a plus.
  • Experience with security, compliance and Infosec skills strongly preferred.
  • Experience as an actual operator (architect, SRE, DevOps, NetOps, SecOps, etc.) of microservices deployments would be a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to present on and discuss complex architectures.
  • Ability to write scripts or glue-code to automate installations, integrate components, etc. would be a benefit.
  • A deep technical understanding, including hands-on experience, of cloud and container technologies (such as AWS, GCE, Azure, Docker and Kubernetes).
  • Deep understanding of Linux networking fundamentals (especially the IP routing and filtering stack).
  • Practical experience with Service Mesh technologies like Istio and Envoy are a plus
  • Ability and desire to code compelling demos in one or more languages.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced solutions engineering leader to play an integral role in the success of the sales and engineering teams. This position reports to the VP of Sales and will help lead technical sales efforts.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the technical relationship with customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordination with the engineering and product management groups.
  • Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and prototype our client’s product integrations in customer/partner environments.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of at least one of the following areas: security, containers, microservices
  • Experience and skill sets in areas such as large scale web application architectures and agile software development lifecycle.
  • Experience selling, demonstrating, installing, and troubleshooting security solutions
  • Practical knowledge of systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux systems and virtual environments (e.g. Google Cloud, AWS, MS Azure, VMWare etc.)
  • Familiarity with application monitoring platforms and telemetry tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting using Python or equivalent languages.

•    Document design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support.

•    Gain expertise in new technology trends in the networking industry, especially related to network reliability, analytics and security.
•    Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
•    Author whitepapers on technology and products.
•    Produce and deliver customer facing presentations and demos for targeted opportunities.

Qualifications:

•    Experience on Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
•    Hands-on experience with hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise-class networks in LAN/WAN and data centers.
•    Proficient in networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Multicast, Layer 2 switching, QoS, etc.
•    Expert understanding of data networking concepts, protocols, products, and architectures.

We are seeking Senior Systems Engineers to work with our advanced customers across the globe in this highly technical role. This is a very visible and key position within this rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Engineer you will be the technical side of the Sales team, both an expert and visionary in the field. You will be responsible for educating customers, understanding their technical & business issues, managing their deployment and development projects, providing support, and helping to develop and refine its innovative solutions. You must have strong communication skills for customer presentations, industry events and providing a feedback loop to Product Management.

Duties Include: 

  • Analyze customer network infrastructure for potential opportunities to demonstrate our solution’s unique capabilities
  • Work independently to evaluate prospective customers’ networks and deliver the appropriate evaluation, ROI, savings, proposed operational evolution and associated process management
  • Work closely with Sales and Engineering to resolve technical issues that arise during customer testing and demo creation
  • Create compelling test plans, demos, and customer presentations
  • Drive improved testing, demos, deployment, architecture, monitoring and reports leading to compelling pre-sales support for sales organization
  • Participate in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve our methodology and quality of performance testing
  • Work with customer success team during onboarding process

Requirements:

  • A strong technical knowledge of datacenter networking is crucial as is hands-on experience with automation as it relates to networking devices
  • BS degree in engineering, computer science or similar relevant field or equivalent
  • Deep technical knowledge of datacenter network architecture, SDN, and large-scale private cloud networks. Knowledge of IBNS is a plus.
  • Experience with network technologies (routing, switching, automation, systems management, troubleshooting and architecture) including knowledge from the application layer down to the physical layer
  • Proficiency in configuration and troubleshooting common network vendor solutions with Cisco, Arista, Cumulus, Juniper and Snaproute a plus
  • Knowledge of automation technologies including Ansible playbooks, Chef recipes, Puppet, Python scripting and JSON programming is preferred
  • Experience using network management and troubleshooting tools
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly motivated technical sales executive for the West Coast with experience managing large territories for fast-growing network, security, and/or SaaS companies. If you have a track record of overachieving quota, selling into both Service Provider and Enterprise accounts, and being the lead sales representative in a large geographic region, this is a great opportunity and we want to talk to you. The ideal candidate is a hunter who can work in an extremely fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business with new customers to rapidly expand given territory.
  • Generate a high volume of new opportunities to deliver predictable business.
  • Diligently manage pipeline, leading to accurate forecasting.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Achieve QoQ growth in your territory.
  • Work collaboratively with SDR and marketing teams to build demand gen programs that generate net new pipeline for your territory.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
  • Travel is a requirement and you must be able to travel on short notice.

Qualifications:

  • Northwest-based, SF bay area is ideal
  • Experienced senior salesperson with a minimum of 8-years experience in the networking, monitoring, and/or security fields selling to technical buyers.
  • Technical background (IP Networking, SaaS, Network Management/Forensics).
  • Experience managing a large territory and quickly prioritizing prospects to meet your number.
  • Proven track record. (Service Provider experience is highly favorable.)
  • Experience closing deals up to $1M or more in TCV on a recurring revenue basis and an expert at working a robust funnel.
  • Strong pipeline management skills and forecasting of territory performance.
  • Ability to position new technology, present to both technical practitioners and C-level executives, and map strong product functionality to business value.
  • Bullish about new technology, technically curious, and has the desire and mentality to be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced startup.
  • Aptitude running complex enterprise sales motions.
  • Driven by recognition, both monetary and performance-based.
  • Exceptional listening and consultative probing skills.
  • Strong references from colleagues, superiors, and customers.
  • Self-starter.
