  • Provide content support for demand gen campaigns, including landing pages, multi-layer email series, webinars, etc – 25% time
  • Serve as our clients’ core spokesperson for events, seminars, running technical product demonstrations, marketing programs like webcasts/video demonstrations of product, social media and other customer-facing venues – 15% time
  • Plan, lead + execute the launch of new products and key new system capabilities. This includes creating the launch plan, launch messaging, meeting with product management and engineering to assess launch-able features, and creating launch-specific content – 10% time
  • Serve as a competitive and market intelligence expert by having a continual awareness of both customer needs and how our products differentiate from competitors; create technical sales tools to highlight their differentiation
  • Support the selling process by collaborating with and empowering the sales team and reseller partners to optimally communicate our clients’ value props
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing for enterprise infrastructure software (cloud services strongly preferred), with at least 2 years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing
  • Proven results in translating technical information to a non-technical audience without the loss of key information

  • Identify risks to renewals on an ongoing basis, and collaborate internally to remediate customer concerns
  • Establish relationships with customer executive sponsors; with frequent communication cadence to strengthen relationships while uncovering new opportunities
  • Monitor key performance metrics like customer satisfaction, renewal rate, up-sell/cross-sell lead identification, reference-ability, renewal likelihood, adoption, consumption, and customer engagement
  • Leverage key metrics to build a strategic plan to address decreases or negative changes in the metrics listed above

Qualifications:

    • 5 years minimum working in pre-sales, account management, customer success, consulting or similar roles related to driving customer success and adoption
    • Experience working with Kubernetes
    • Strong consulting or project management skills, with proven results working as a reliable advisor to drive business value for customers
    • Highly data-driven with dedication to following processes
    • Passionate about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with constant change to address emerging security risks and challenges

Job Description:

Location: Menlo Park, CA/bay area.

In this role you will be responsible for leading, executing, and implementing the global demand generation and marketing automation strategy, campaigns, and initiatives while gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and providing critical thinking to optimize results. You will require a strong background in driving market awareness and programs with a creative eye and deep executional experience. You will need to be well-versed in marketing concepts and tactics to plan and execute inbound and outbound marketing initiatives. As a leader in the marketing team you will work closely with sales, product marketing, events, and product teams as well as partners to ensure timely planning and delivery of a wide range of marketing to accomplish awareness, lead acquisition, sales, and partner goals. Responsibilities:

  • Designing the global demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation strategy including inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategies
  • Developing and managing the demand generation marketing plan across channels including campaigns, execution, reporting, metrics, and analysis
  • Growing and leading a team of business development representatives to drive the marketing and sales funnel
  • Building customized campaigns, messaging, and marketing by account, buyer, and persona
  • Expanding marketing qualified volume and quality with a focus on maximizing the transition to sales accepted and qualified leads
  • Leveraging the newest marketing AI capabilities to efficiently identify and pursue audience segments based on ideal customer profiles and opportunity
  • Conducting A/B tests across channels to continuously optimize results
  • Enhancing and managing the lead management process to improve pipeline conversion
  • Managing overall Demand Operations including budget, third-party vendors, marketing technology stack, reporting and dashboards to demonstrate revenue impact and ROI

  • Leading, adapting, and optimizing content syndication strategy and implementation
  • Increasing quality of lead acquisition at small to very large industry events
  • Identifying appropriate content and collateral to maximize lead acquisition by working closely with product marketing, technical marketing, and product management
  • Optimizing the sales funnel by expanding webinar strategy and collaborating with product marketing and technical marketing to produce innovative webinar series
  • Working with channel partners to empower them to maximize co-generation of marketing qualified leads
  • Managing relationships with digital agencies in execution, analysis and redeployment of programs and adjusting marketing mix to maximize ROI
  • Meeting or exceeding metrics for impressions, conversions, and paid customers
  • Owning, tracking and managing a large demand generation budget and marketing mix to increase visitors, conversions, and paid customers

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, and marketing experience in high tech
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with passion for execution
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google
  • Suite products required, and familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe
  • Photoshop/Illustrator preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, especially in a fast-pace cross-functional environment
  • Extensive experience running multi-channel B2B digital demand generation programs including SEO, PPC, Social (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), display, and retargeting
  • Experience leading and mentoring high performance lead-generation marketing teams of at least 5 marketing and business development professionals
  • Strong team player who works well cross-functionally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
