Job Description

Our client is building a next gen cloud infrastructure with a specific focus on developing solutions for Enterprise workloads. We are on the hunt for a Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on building out our solution. If you are currently leading a product development in a Product Management capacity – focused on hyper-scale cloud (IaaS, PaaS or SaaS) then we are eager to talk with you. We’re looking for a smart, passionate product manager to play a key role in building the new enterprise edition of our service.

As product manager, YOU are CEO of your product and need to enjoy thinking through what it takes to build a world-class product, how to communicate that to engineering, and how to see it through a successful launch.

  • In this position, you will help drive growth by defining the product, features and make sure it is tuned to the market and to our customers.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their problems and requirements.
  • Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis and product strategy.
  • Gather and synthesize requirements to define compelling product.
  • Broker and facilitate product decisions cross functionally.
  • Balance business and user needs with technical constraints
  • Discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommending alternative approaches, and lead and inspire engineering efforts to meet objectives.
  • Validate requirements and resulting product with customers to ensure success.
  • Structure effective experimentation frameworks for A/B testing feature impact on key metrics and doing cohort analysis.
  • Maintain strong understanding of relevant technologies, contribute as a thought leader in the security industry.
  • Produce case studies, white papers, presentations, and other materials to help evangelize the product.
  • Ultimately, be awesome at understanding what and how to build things people need even if they don’t know it yet. Strong background in the Networking industry, with a preferred focus on cloud, hyperscale and IaaS.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of product management experience at a successful company in the security, infrastructure, networking or a related software field.
  • Strong background in the Cloud industry, with a preferred focus on the security, infrastructure as a service
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Solid experience with the product development process especially with an iterative methodology such as AgileScrum.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment and energy who can galvanize the team to follow.
  • Familiarity with the needs of medium and large enterprise customers. · You need to be really good at computers and the Internet. Seriously.

Job Description

We are looking for a product marketer to lead our global go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for overall positioning and messaging, launch strategy and sales enablement. You will serve as a spokesperson representing the company with prospects, customers, and analysts. Prior product marketing experience in the areas of Cloud Computing, DevOps or other Enterprise SaaS solutions would be a great fit.

Our client is an early-stage startup and although your primary responsibility is to be a Product Marketing Manager, you will also have opportunity to contribute and shape the company as it grows. You will be working alongside the founders of the company who will rely on your expertise to make critical decisions in the direction of the organization. This responsibility requires a strong bias towards action, an ability to manage uncertainty, to look at problems from many perspectives, and to be an owner at all times. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Develop overall positioning and messaging, storytelling and GTM plan for entire product portfolio
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for our GA launch
  • Collaborate closely with product management, marketing and sales to deliver products to market
  • Define real-world market segmentation models, and develop optimized messaging for specific markets and personas
  • Enable sales and channel teams with high-value sales tools, including presentations, ROI tools, competitive battlecards, white papers, etc.
  • Present the solution and value proposition at industry trade shows, conferences and webinars
  • Support other marketing disciplines (e.g., Demand Gen, etc.) with both subject matter expertise and marketing acumen
  • Develop creative strategies and assets for global demand generation and awareness campaigns

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

  • 5-10 years of product marketing and/or product management experience in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Enterprise SaaS or datacenter infrastructure market
  • Strong domain expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps, data center virtualization or a closely adjacent technology
  • BS in engineering or computer science, plus MBA (preferred)
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
  • Demonstrated ability to grow innovative products in rapidly changing markets
  • Ability to think and work strategically, but also execute effectively as an individual contributor

Position Summary                                              

We are looking for an analytical, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. Our ideal Marketing Operations Manager candidate is an expert in getting the most out of established marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) while he or she demonstrates a clear affinity for leveraging emerging, cutting-edge MarTech technology in order to enhance the our lead-to-revenue process.  At the core, the candidate will oversee management of marketing systems, defining scalable processes, working to maintain and improve the entire demand generation lifecycle, from campaign set up to lead scoring, nurturing, routing and reporting

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage all technical aspects of key marketing systems (Marketing Automation, CRM, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on lead flow
  • Configure analytics tools to capture and analyze programmatic data in order to provide full visibility into key Marketing KPIs against target goals and ROI
  • Help build predictive marketing model to support accelerating business goals
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in processes and systems, and optimize workflows for marketing and sales productivity
  • Create, revise, and perfect lead nurturing tracks
  • Be the master of analytics and reporting for all things email and operations
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency, contact outreach, and effectiveness
  •  Maintain database health, quality and integrity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience designing and building CRM and marketing automation systems with a high proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams, balance multiple priorities and be a self-starter in a high-paced environment
  • Data-driven, motivated and able to think outside of the box
  •  Strong understanding and expertise with multi-touch marketing campaigns including of inbound marketing ecosystem
  • Ability to analyze and present complex information in an easily understood manner
  • Superb oral and written communications abilities
  • Passion for leading, cutting-edge infrastructure technologies and ability to evaluate and advocate for platform recommendations
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
