Job Description

Our client is looking for a Principle Security Architect to support our security solutions.  As a Principle Architect you will be the expert in leading the presales teams including their partners.  You will be a part of a dynamic team focused on delivering best of breed visibility solutions to enterprise and service provider customers. This hire will be based on Metropolitan areas or a suitable remote location in the Eastern US.

  • Provide technical Sales support.
  • Performs specialized systems engineering role as an overlay supporting the eastern region.
  • Performs in-depth and technical presentations on security and other emerging technologies for customers, partners, and training events.
  • Architects complex security solutions with top worldwide customers.
  • Responsible for assisting local teams with complex and strategic proof of concepts and product evaluations.
  • Provides mentorship/guidance on emerging technologies and competitive trends to key customers, partners, and field sales teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%+ for customer meetings and to lead complex POCs.
  • Communication liaison between Field and Corporate on technical issues.
  • Complex pre-sales technical support.
  • Security specific RFI/P & Bid Support.
  • Interface with Engineering and Product management team to bring Field’s requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in a technical area (Computer Science, Computer Engineering); or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role in security or cryptography
  • 15 years of industry experience.
  • Thorough understanding of cyber security and cryptography
  • Fundamental understanding of network protocols
  • Ability to provide expert level knowledge of tools and technologies for enterprise security
  • Proven ability and understanding of the components that comprise a successful information security program
  • Effective technical presentation and excellent communication skills.
  • Industry recognized certifications preferred
  • US Federal Experience – Desired
  • Security Clearance – Desired

As product manager, YOU are CEO of your product and need to enjoy thinking through what it takes to build a world-class product, how to communicate that to engineering, and how to see it through a successful launch.

  • In this position, you will help drive growth by defining the product, features and make sure it is tuned to the market and to our customers.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their problems and requirements.
  • Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis and product strategy.
  • Gather and synthesize requirements to define compelling product.
  • Broker and facilitate product decisions cross functionally.
  • Balance business and user needs with technical constraints
  • Discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommending alternative approaches, and lead and inspire engineering efforts to meet objectives.

  • Ultimately, be awesome at understanding what and how to build things people need even if they don’t know it yet. Strong background in the Networking industry, with a preferred focus on cloud, hyperscale and IaaS.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of product management experience at a successful company in the security, infrastructure, networking or a related software field.
  • Strong background in the Cloud industry, with a preferred focus on the security, infrastructure as a service
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Solid experience with the product development process especially with an iterative methodology such as AgileScrum.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment and energy who can galvanize the team to follow.
  • Familiarity with the needs of medium and large enterprise customers. · You need to be really good at computers and the Internet. Seriously.

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for driving customer adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio. We are on the hunt for a candidate that is customer focused, and a self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success. You are strategic, sales-focused, and result-driven.

Our client is an early-stage startup and although your primary responsibility is to be a Customer Success Manager, you will also have opportunity to contribute and shape the company as it grows. You will be working alongside the founders of the company who will rely on your expertise to make critical decisions in the direction of the organization. This responsibility requires a strong bias towards action, an ability to manage uncertainty, to look at problems from many perspectives, and to be an owner at all times.

  • Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Develop and implement tailored programs that provide continued value to the customer, ensuring renewals, and driving long-term account growth
  • Manage the customer relationship at multiple-levels; individual contributor, managerial, and executive
  • Ensure customers recognize maximum value from their investments in our SaaS product.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure subscription growth and increased footprint
  • Drive the onboarding processes and work cross-functionally with our Support and Services teams to proactively manage each customer’s successful deployment
  • Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality

Qualifications

  • BA/BS (MBA/Masters preferred)
  • 2+ years in customer success role
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, quarterly business reviews
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Experience working with a sales team and partnering with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
  • Capable of changing direction rapidly, to keep up with unpredictable nature of a tech startup
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus

JOB TITLE(s): Mid Atlantic Sales Director

Job Description

Working with one of the leading endpoint & IoT security providers in the market you will work as a Regional Sales Director – Mid Atlantic and join a rapidly growing regional sales team focused on maintaining & developing key accounts in & around Mid Atlantic Region. You will work to solution sell at an enterprise level into existing key accounts and generate & cultivate new leads to ensure a continuous pipeline of prospects.

Those applying should have extensive experience selling Security product solutions and a track record of successful sales at an enterprise level within mid-to-large scale organizations. You should be experienced in building out a regional territory, associated relationships with clients, sourcing leads, selling/ closing $1M+ sales quotas and working alongside channel account managers and marketing teams to ensure a holistic sales strategy is executed.

Experience with cyber/ security software solution sales is highly preferred but if you are able to show relevant SaaS solution sales into enterprise clients and a track record of exceeding sales quotas this is open to alternative industries. In particular, experience in cyber solutions such as endpoint security, network security, MDS, threat response, cyber hygiene, security optimization is ideal. As well consideration for candidates selling IoT to Enterprise
